Orders will only be dispatched after payment for them has been received in full.

It is essential that you are available to accept delivery of your order on the advised delivery date, as a signature will be required by the courier company's representative. Order consignments will not be left without a signature.

While ordinarily your order will arrive in prime condition, due to the perishable nature of the product we regret that we are unable to accept returns.

Any problems regarding delivery must be advised to us no later than 12.15 pm on the advised delivery date.
